Exam Time

It's always a hard time of the year for students but being organized and doing things right away, instead of procrastinating helps. I find that the relaxed atmosphere here in the North can also make people lazy, if they don't keep their minds and hearts occupied and satisfied. I'm learning about the Cree culture here but it takes time to absorb. I'm excited about the technology class I teach, and I hope our field trip to the construction sites here goes well. There's been some great developments in the infrastructure of Waskaganish, and I hope that there will be more and more initiatives...more jobs and pride in the community is what will affect the futures of our students.
